UNCLASSIFIED TO PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, AS 0 7.15.340 Alaska Statutes empowers the
Borough to enact a zoning ordinance and provide for its administra-
tion, enforcement and amendment, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough has pursuant theret
adopted Chapter 5 of its Code of Ordinances and Resolutions, which
provides for planning and zoning provisions and procedures, and
WHEREAS, according to the comprehensive plan adopted
y the Kodiak Island Borough, Lots One (1) and Two A (2 -A) of U.S.
Survey No. 3098 are now classified as unclassified and
