AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, KODIAK,
ALASKA, APPROPRIATINGFUNDS FOR THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF
THE BOROUGH FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1ST DAY OF
JULY, 1966, AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF JUNE, 1967, AND LEVYING
TAXES ON ALL TAXABLE REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOROUGH FOR SAID
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the BOROUGH ASSEMBLY of the KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH as follows:
Section One: That the following sums of money, or as
much thereof as may be authorized by law, as may be needed or
deemed necessary to defray all expenses liabilities of the
BOROUGH, be and the same are hereby appropriated for corporate
purposes and objects of said BOROUGH hereinafter specified for
the fiscal year commencing on the 1st day of July, 1966, and
ending on the 30th day of June, 1967.

Section Two: A tax for the above sums of money, or as much
thereof as may be authorized by law, to defray all expenses and
liabilities of the BOROUGH be and the same is hereby levied for
the purposes as specified against all taxable property in the BORO
for the fiscal year commencing on the first day of July, 1966, and

Section Three: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
First Reading and Approval Date: July 21, 1966.
Second Reading and Public Hearing and Passage Date: August 4,
