FY1966-8 Zoning Ordinance for Kodiak Townsite, U.S. Survey 2537WHEREAS, Section 07.15.340, Alaska Statutes, empowers the
Borough to enact a zoning ordinance and provide for its administra-
tion, enforcement and amendment; and,
WHEREAS, the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH has pursuant thereto
adopted Ordinance No. 64 -5, and,
WHEREAS, Section 23 of Ordinance No.'64 -5 provides that the
, BOROUGH ASSEMBLY may by ordinance amend, supplement, modify';repea}
