MINUTES
Meeting of May 18, 1995
I. Called to order at Bayside Firehouse at 7:10 p.m.
II. Members present: Members absent:
j Roger Blackett, chairman Mark Withrow, vice - chairman
Mitch Hull Julie Wisher, Secretary
Jeff Hamer
III. Chairman Blackett opened the meeting. As only two members were present, and
lacking a quorum, no official business could be conducted. All members had been
contacted by phone two days prior to the meeting to remind them of the meeting.
There were no requests for excusal.
IV. Mitch Hull and Roger Blackett reviewed contract proposals for road maintenance
and agreed that A -K Construction offered the best proposal based upon past work
performance, experience in maintaining our roads, and equipment availability. Roger
will contact other Board members by phone to determine their preference for a
contractor.
V. There were no guests and no public comment at this meeting.
VI. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
