I. Called to order at Bayside Firehouse at 7:10 p.m.

III. Chairman Blackett opened the meeting. A quorum of three members of the Board
was present. In the absence of the secretary, Roger Blackett took the minutes.
Minutes of the April 27, 1994 meeting and the agenda of the current meeting were
approved unanimously without addition or deletion.
IV. There were no guests and no public comment.

V. Under old business, Chairman Blackett presented status of the budget and road
maintenance. Unspent funds in FY 94 amounted to $13,309 increasing total reserve
funds to $39,353.24. Total budget assets as of 7/31 are $57,982.30. Tax revenues
are $18,140.17, tax liens $1,112.23, and cash balance of $38,729.90. An
accounting fee of $53.33 is now being assessed. The 3% interest was not credited
as planned because of a computer program problem. The Finance Director hopes
to have the problem resolved for the August Budget Report.
Chairman Blackett has requested A -K construction to cut alders and brush over-
hanging the roads and grade pothole areas when conditions are suitable (wet) for
grading. The Forest Drive driveway culvert has been installed by the owner resolving
that problem. The residents on Harbor Way have done considerable work, including
a new driveway, without Borough permitting even after Borough engineering was
aware of the work. There is no longer a creek flowing onto the road, however,
there is still drainage seepage onto the road from the property.
VII. Under new business, Chairman Blackett stated that neither he or Greg Razo plan
to run for another term on the Board and would only reconsider volunteering for
another term if no other residents were interested in serving on the Board.
The next meeting was scheduled for November 3, 1994.
VIII. There were no comments or remarks. The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
