Regular Meeting - April 12, 2000 - 5:30 p.m.
1. CALL TO ORDER
The Personnel Advisory Board regular meeting of April 12, 2000 was called to order by
Warren Russell, Vice Chair, at 5:32 p.m. in the borough conference room.

A quorum was established.
III ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA
The agenda was accepted as submitted.
IV MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS
The minutes of the special meeting of December 8, 1999 and minutes of the regular
meeting of January 26, 2000 were approved as presented.
V ITEMS OF BUSINESS
The Personnel Status Report was accepted as presented.
Jody Spivey was nominated and elected as chair.
Bill King was nominated and elected as vice chair.
~ The board acknowledged Warren Russell's resignation as board member.
Suzanne Co\vley announced her resignation from her position in manager's office.
Welcomed Paul Alexander to Board.
