Budget Meeting of March 12, 2001
1. Called to order 7:OOp. m.
2. Members present:
Dave Sundberg
Darlene Turner

4. The budget for years. 2001-2002 was discussed and it was determined that no
significant changes will be needed. A mill rate of 1.5 mills will provide the same
standard of safe and adequate roads.
5. Also discussed accepting recommendations from Borough Engineer on road
problem area upgrades. Also repairing Three Sisters problem areas as soon as
possible.
Check with Arndt Construction on acquiring road signs. (Safety and speed limit).
Check with local contractors on their ability to service MBRSD.
Discussed KIB purchasing road grader to maintain Borough roads. Further
discussion with other service districts needed.
