SUMMARY STATEMENT Attached is a bid summary for fence materials and installation at Smokey's Metal Yard. The fence will be constructed to limit direct access to the area containing various metal components. It is hoped this will help eliminate unauthorized access to the metal disposal yard. The installation of the fence is required by the Borough's insurance company in order to maintain liability insurance coverage. Gilco Construction, Inc. of Anchorage, Alaska is the low bidder. Recommend award the contract for fencing material and installation at Smokey's Metal Yard to Gilco Construction, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $51,423.
