Contract No. 1992-19 Fuel Oil Delivery Service ContractAGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND FUEL OIL DELIVERY CONTRACTOR
THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of June, 1992, by and
between the Kodiak Island Borough, hereinafter called the
"Borough", acting herein through its Borough Mayor, and a
corporation/partnership/an individual doing business as Thompson
Transfer of Kodiak, State of Alaska, hereinafter called the
"Contractor".
WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the payments
and agreements hereinafter mentioned, to be made and performed by
the Borough, the Contractor hereby agrees with the Borough to
commence Fuel oil Delivery as described in the following:
Kodiak Island Borough Fuel Oil Delivery Performance Requirements
hereinafter called the "Fuel Oil Delivery Service Contract" for
the amount specified in Attachments A and B.
The terms of this agreement shall be from July 1, 1992,
through June 30, 1993.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of these presents have
executed this contract in three (3) counterparts, each of which
shall be deemed to be an original, in the year and date first
above mentioned.

SUMMARY STATEMENT
Bids were received and opened May 5, 1992 for the FY -93 Fuel
oil Delivery for the Kodiak Island Borough Facilities.
Thompson Transfer is the lone bidder. Since the contract
price is based on actual quantity of fuel received, there is
no contract price. Recommend award of the contract for fuel
delivery to Thompson Transfer of Kodiak, Alaska.
