1997-02 Ballot Measure Regarding Manager Form of GovernmentThis initiative proposes a ballot measure for the October 7, 1997 Regular Municipal Election which,
if passed by the voters, adopts a manager plan of government whereby a hired manager shall be the
chief administrative officer of the Kodiak Island Borough, as provided in Alaska Statutes 29.20.460,
to be implemented October 19, 1998.
