Existing AT&T telecommunications facility consisting of a 63' wood monopole for antennas and
ancilliary equipment. The ground
space includes an existing communications shelter and a 30kW Kohler generator on a concrete slab.
Description of Proposed Action: The AT&T project proposed under this application for the site consists
of a network upgrade consisting of tower work to remove (3) TPA-65R antennas and associated equipment and installing
(3) new Cellmax120726 antennas, (3) RRUS 4490 B5 modules and ground work within compound to install
(3) 50A breakers, and (1) 6651 equipment rack. All other equipment to remain.
Site Plan to include: Lot boundaries and existing easements, existing buildings, proposed location of new construction, access points,
and vehicular parking areas.

assigned ("Lease")
Consent for modifications
Dear BRECHAN ENTERPRISES INC,
I am reaching out to you on behalf of CCATT LLC ("Lessee") in order to obtain your consent as may be
required by the Lease.
In order to better serve the public and minimize the amount of towers in an area where this property is
located, AT&T Mobility intends to modify its equipment at the wireless communication facility (the
"Modification").
Under the Lease, Landlord's consent cannot be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Please
provide your consent on or before March 11, 2024 by signing below and returning to
Stacey.Choy@crowncastle.com so that we may install AT&T Mobility's equipment as permitted under the
Lease.

Furthermore, this letter shall serve as authorization from Owner to Lessee, its agent(s) or other
designated parties, to act as Owner's agent for the following limited purpose: to prepare, execute, submit
and process all zoning applications, building permits and related approvals through the applicable
governmental departments with jurisdiction to approve same, for any work or modifications to the Site
that may be required in conjunction with the sublease described above. Owner's signature below shall
indicate its authorization to Lessee's agency on Owner's behalf for the limited purpose described in this
paragraph and related solely to the sublease.
