I wish to report an alleged violation of the Borough's zoning regulations. I understand that this complaint will be investigated

Complaint: Must specifically state the nature, circumstances &/or reason for the complaint, and the relief sought.
Shawn Dillon (2100 Harbor Way - Island Vista Bk 3 Lt 4) is using the space between his property and the bay as his own trail and
running his ATV through the stream. Witnesses stated he was adamant that he was thee first and had threatening body
language. According to witnesses, there are logs being tied together on the beach and a buoy is used as a marker on land
approximately 100 feet inland from the high water mark of the bay. Witnesses state that there is now a second trail because of
all the mud in the first trail. Complainant thought that Shawn Dillon was leaving empty boxes of ammo on a long by the water
to intimidate anyone utilizing the area.
