Effective April 1, 1982, Lease ADA-04851, was executed between the Lessor and J. W. Ashford and Wayne J. Cherrier for Lots 1 and 2, Block 1400, consisting of approximately 61,920 square feet of land; and 2. Effective September 24, 1982, Supplement No. 1 amended Special Covenants 1 and 3; and 3. By Consent dated June 7, 1983, Lease ADA-04851 was assigned from J. W. Ashford and Wayne J. Cherrier to J. W. Ashford, Wayne J. Cherrier, and William H. Bulen; and 4. NOW, in consideration of the foregoing, Lease ADA-04851 is hereby extended, supplemented, amended or revised in the following particulars only, viz.: Basic Provision 3 (Term) is hereby amended read as follows: The Term of this agreement is fifty (50) years beginning April 1, 1982 and ending March 31, 2032. All rights and liabilities under this Lease become effective on the first day of the term of this Lease.
