Dear Jason:
Attached please find complete documentation of your new septic system. The system is sized for
a 2-bedroom house.
A septic system was installed on April 27 and April 28, 2021, using a design based on the
attached criteria. A soil rating of 150 sf per bedroom was used.
In regard to required separation distance, the respective distances from adjacent property wells to
this septic system exceeds 100 feet. A required minimum separation distance of 100 feet from
the adjacent water supply systems must be maintained.
In closing, based on our site survey and visual observations, I certify to the best of my
knowledge, that I can foresee no detrimental effects regarding adequate construction of an on -
site wastewater disposal system on this property. A complete package has been submitted to the
State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation for their files and to the city of
Kodiak building department.
