Hi Bronwyn,
Here are measurements for the replacement stairs on Stellar Way.
The existing stairs are 18' off the property line and the new stairs will extend an additional 4'
putting them 14' off of the property line. this remains 3' shy of the existing deck that is I off
of the property line. This will allow the existing non compliant stairs to be replaced with a new
code compliant set of stairs. I have attached pictures of the existing stairs for reference.
