This letter is to confirm that Ryan Ottis has been appointed by Berean Baptist Church to oversee
the bathroom remodel at our building at 1216 Ismailov Street, Kodiak. We formally empowered
him to: purchase materials, pull all relevant permits, and hire all relevant contractors on behalf
of Berean at our quarterly business meeting on May 21, 2023 by unanimous consent. Ryan Ottis
has full authority act on Berean's behalf with all relevant parties regarding the bathroom
remodel.

Hi Ryan,
When I was just looking over your paperwork, I noticed that you signed the Zoning Compliance as
owner of the property... I will need some kind of paperwork from Berean Baptist Church, showing you
as an authorized member to sign OR you will have to come back and pick up this paperwork and have
someone else sign it and show that whomever signs the paperwork is authorized to due so.
If you would give me a call in the morning, at the number below, I can look in the churches documents
to see if we have anything on file that would tell us who is able to sign.
