See attached Plat for details on lot, including legend. Details of planned
development are as below:
1. Rough access driveway has been placed connecting to the existing driveway
on Lot 1 via easement
2. , and not connecting directly to the road itself.
3. Rough well hole has been dug. Proposal to finish well with pump and piping
to connect the pump to the rough housing pad that has been placed, on
map adjacent to Beaver Pond at the location designated "house pad."
4. Proposal to dig trenches and place rough underground electric lines, as per
dotted line on attached map.
5. Proposal to place Advantex septic system and adjacent leach field, and to
connect via piping to housing pad.
Current plan is to bring in temporary housing unit on wheels, which would
be designated as an RV by Borough code. A separate permit will
subsequently be filed for inspection of the vehicle upon arrival, as well as a
separate conditional use permit, which will be submitted prior to any living
use of the unit other than basic storage purposes.

Hi Bronwyn, thanks again so much for taking the time this afternoon to walk me through the things
I'll need to proceed! Shane is fast, and already got me the info needed:
Electrical ditch excavation — 83 cubic yards
Sewer line excavation — 40 cubic yards
Water line excavation — 42 cubic yards
Also, as discussed, I give you full approval to amend and initial details of this permit as needed for
appropriate submission.
