KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NO. FY2022-15A
A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AMENDING THE
ANNUAL 2022 BOROUGH CALENDAR
WHEREAS, the Assembly routinely sets and adopts its meeting calendar for the year by
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Assembly directed staff to schedule a work session on November 10, and a
regular meeting on November 17, in anticipation of the cancelation of December meetings; and
WHEREAS, the Assembly desires to cancel the work session of December 8 and regular
meeting of December 15 due to anticipated lack of quorum because of the Alaska Municipal
League Conference; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH that the Annual 2022 Borough Calendar is amended by:
Section 1: The following meetings are added
• November 10 Work Session
• November 17 Regular Meeting
Section 2: The following meetings are canceled
• December 8 Work Session
• December 15 Regular Meeting
