A special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly was held on September 6, 2022, in
the Assembly Chambers of the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill Bay Road. The
meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. Staff present were the Clerk's Office staff, and HR
Officer Christiansen.

Present were Mayor William Roberts, Assembly members Scott Arndt, Joseph Delgado,
Jared Griffin, Scott Smiley,and Aimee Williams (on zoom).
