Vertical Bridge Development, LLC is proposing to replace the 50' wooden pole with a 1 00'steel monopole that will accommodate
multiple wireless providers. This monopole will be installed near the location of the wooden pole that will be removed during
construction. There will be a secured, fenced area created behind the GCI comm shelter that will contain the new monopole tower,
multiple providers ground cellular equipment, generator(s) and propane fuel tank. Construction equipment will include crane, dump
trucks, concrete trucks, backhoe, excavator and other typical construction equipment.

and vehicular parking areas.
