Enclosed are zoning compliance permit documents. I added two notes to the plat
to clarify UGW and access easement conditions.
The question came up as to the increased power consumption with ATT use and
our recent amendment for payment to Mill Bay for power. Please clarify that
your end will take care of the allocation of use between users and remit a set
amount monthly. The trueing up will take place on a 12 months basis. The
currant amendment in process is $ 556 / month.

Please see the attached Construction Drawings that contain the following information for the Zoning
Compliance:
1. Legal Description of the property —Lot 3 Block 4 Airpark Subdivision
2. Site Plan of the proposed project with details.
3. Project Description — Install antennas and other communications equipment on the existing 64-
foot monopole at approximately the 50-foot level on the tower. Additional ground equipment is
proposed to be installed inside the existing fenced compound, including a prefabricated
equipment shelter and outdoor diesel generator.
4. The property is currently being used for outdoor storage associated with commercial activities
and wireless communications.
We can provide payment of the fees ($30) via over the phone credit card payment, if allowed.
Additionally, I have attached the signed Entry & Testing Agreement with Vertical Bridge (Tower Owner
and lease holder), which allows for the consent to make application for any required permitting
processes. Please let me know if you need anything further to process the Zoning Compliance review.
