The Grantor, Lester Leroy Russell, of Kodiak, Alaska, in
consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollars (S10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
acknowledged and confessed, hereby conveys, grants and warrants to
Grantee, Kill Bay Plaza Associates, Ltd., an Alaska limited
partnership, of P.O. Box 8550, Kodiak, Alaska 99615, an easement
for the purpose of prohibiting the construction or placement of any
building or other structure on a portion of Tract "A" of the
Industrial Park Subdivision, per plat 92-023, in the Kodiak
Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska, which
easement area is more particularly described on Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and is
depicted on Exhibit "B" as "BUILDING SET -BUCK EASRHENT", attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Grantor agrees that he will not construct or place any
building or other structure on said easement area and further
agrees he will not allow or permit others to construct or place any
building or other structure on said easement area.
The aforesaid easement shall be appurtenant to and for the
benefit of the following described real propertys

Tracts S-SA and S-5B, being portions of United
States Survey No. 3218, United States Survey
No. 3467, and United States Survey No. 3469,
according to Plat 92-5, located in the Kodiak
Recording District, Third Judicial District,
State of Alaska.
The duration of this easement shall be perpetual and it shall
run with the land and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of
' the Grantee and the burden of the Grantor, their heirs, successors
or assigns.
