Description of ProposedAction:
I am opening a home based gunsmithing business utilizing 200sf of my garage. No modifications will be needed at this
time utilize the space. The garage has a side door that will be used for business access and I have one
parking space available in front of my house. My business will operate by appointment only for firearm drop-
off and pick-up so I will serve only one customer at a time. I will not have any retail sales out of this location
