Based on sample results from an HEMS survey conducted on May 2r, 2020, NWFF proposes the following scope of work: • Write asbestos abatement workplan in accordance with federal and state guidelines • Make proper notifications to EPA and ADEC • Remove and properly dispose of 2,960 Square feet of textured drywall systems from the walls and ceilings of the structure • Remove and properly dispose of 1 sink coated with ACM lining • Remove and properly dispose of 45 square feet of Yellow Vinyl Sheet Tile • Workers shall use required PPE, containment, and disposal practices. Other hazardous materials such as mercury light bulbs and thermostats and misc. materials in the rear arctic entry are not included in the scope of this proposal. If required, NWFF can coordinate transport and disposal under a separate engagement. It is recommended that this waste be disposed of during the household waste collection event. NWFF proposes to conduct all items contained with the scope of work for a firm fixed price of 34,750.00.
