Description of Proposed Action:
Propose to remove existing, damaged east -facing deck ("Back Deck") of Apt E1 and replace with deck of similar design and
construction. Site access will be through existing access granted to owner of Apt E1 in accordance with the covenants and bylaws of
Lilly Lake Association and with the written approval thereof. No new roads, access points, laydown yards, or vehicular parking areas
will be required.
