Under the authority of KIBC 2.30.030(F)(1 )(c) for the purpose of
discussing matters which may tend to prejudice the reputation or
character of a person, ,who has been notified of the potential executive
session and has waived the right to require the discussion take place in
open session.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION
A. Borough Clerk, Alise Rice, 6 Month Evaluation.
Move to convene into executive session under the authority of KIBC.
2.30.030 (F)(1)(c) to discuss Borough Clerk, Alise Rice's, 6 month
evaluation, a matter which might include a discussion that could
potentially prejudice the reputation and character of the individual.
ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION
Move to invite the Borough Mayor and Assembly into executive session.
ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION
After the vote, Mayor Roberts recesses the special meeting and convenes the
executive session.

Upon returning from the executive session, Mayor Roberts reconvenes the
special meeting and announces:
• No action is to be taken as a result of the executive session.

The Assembly may make a motion if necessary. The Assembly must
state the motion and vote outside of executive session.

THE EXECUTIVE SESSION.
