Description of Proposed Action:
A handrail for handicap patrons is desired so that those needing extra assistance can successfully walk from the handicapped parking
area up to the entrance of the library, where there currently is a handrail leading to the
library.
Attached please find a site plan, with the proposed hand rail sketched in with red pen, and 3 views of the proposed hand rail.
Site Plan to include: Lot boundaries and existing easements, existing buildings, proposed location of new construction, access points,
and vehicular parking areas.
