Recommended motion: Move to excuse Assembly member who is absent due to
personal leave.

A. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Decision On Borough Clerk.
Recommended motion: Move to convene into executive session under
KIBC 2.30.030(F)(9 )(c) to discuss the selection of the new Borough Clerk, a matter which
might include a discussion that could potentially prejudice the reputation and character of the
applicants.

Recommended motion: Move to invite the Borough Mayor and Assembly into executive
session.
VOICE VOTE ON MOTION
After the vote, Mayor Roberts recesses the special meeting and convenes the executive
