Existing lease area for a 63' monopole and an unmanned communication facility operated by GCI.
Description of Proposed Action:
GCI will be removing all existing equipment on the tower (3 antennae, 3 radio, 1 OVP, 6 coax) and replacing the equipment with 3 LTE
capable antennae, 6 Radios, 3 OVPs and 3 hybrid fiber lines on the existing tower. On the ground we will be swapping 1 existing
cabinet for a new one and add one Charles cabinet and swapping the existing OVP(Raycap) for 3 new ones. Install a new generator
plug. No electrical service upgrade required.
Site Plan to include: Lot boundaries and existing easements, existing buildings, proposed location of new construction, access points,
and vehicular parking areas.
