I CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Selby called the meeting to order at 6:47 p.m. in the Borough
Assembly Chambers.
II ROLL CALL

Mr. Anderson
Mrs. Barker
Mrs. Cater
Mr. Murray
Mr. Naughton
Mr. White
A quorum was established.
Mr. Murray moved to excuse Mr. Wakefield. Seconded by Mrs. Cater.
Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
III BUSINESS ITEMS
A. Res. No. 83-145-R Awarding The Contract For Construction Of
Service District No. 1 Sewer and Water Improvement Project 82-3.
Mr. Anderson moved to adopt Resolution No. 83-145-R. Seconded by Mr.
White. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
B. Res. No. 83-146-R Awarding The Fire Trucks For Bells Flats -
Russian Creek And Fire Protection Area No. 1 Service Areas.
Mrs. Cater moved to adopt Resolution No. 83-146-R. Seconded by Mr.
White. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
C. Award Contract for Road Maintenance for Service District No. 1.
Mr. White moved to award the contract for road maintenance of Service
District No. 1 to Island Sand And Gravel. Seconded by Mr. Naughton.
Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Murray moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mrs. Cater. Motion carried
by unanimous voice vote.
Mayor Selby adjourned the meeting at 7:03 pm.
