I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ogg at 7:15 P.M. in the
KIB School District Conference Room.
II ROLL CALL
Present Absent

Mr. Anderson Mr. Wakefield (excused)
Mr. Arndt Mr. White (excused)
Mr. Murray
Mr. Peotter
A quorum was established.
Mr. Peotter moved to excuse the absent members. Seconded by Mr.
Anderson. There were no objections.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
1. Res. No. 81-49-R, Awarding the Kodiak High School Roof Repairs.
Mr. Peotter moved for the passage of Resolution No. 81-49-R.
Seconded by Mr. Arndt. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ogg adjourned the meeting at 7:25 PM.
