I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ogg at 12:00 Noon in the
Borough Assembly Chambers.

A quorum was established.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
Absent
Mr. Arndt - excused
Mr. Hansen - excused
Mr. Wakefield - excused
A. Authorization to expend in excess of $1,000 without Assembly
action re: Road Maintenance in Mill Bay -Island Lake -Spruce
Cape Service Area
Mr. Anderson moved to authorize to expend the money.
Mr. Peotter moved by substitution to authorize the expenditure up
to $2,000 for grading of the roads prior to freezing in the Fall
of 1980. Seconded by Mr. Murray. Unanimous roll call vote.
B. Resolution No. 80-56-R Approving Community Block Grant Pre -
Application Fiscal Year 1981
Deleted - No Action Necessary.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ogg adjourned the meeting at 12:20 PM.
