I CALL TO ORDER
The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Ogg at 12:00 Noon
in the Borough Assembly CHambers.
II ROLL CALL
Present
Mr. Anderson
Mr. Arndt
Mr. Hansen
Mr. Murray
Mr. Peotter
Mayor Ogg
A quorum was established.
Absent
Mr. Herrnsteen - excused
Mr. Wakefield - excused
Mr. Hansen moved to excuse Mr. Herrnsteen and Mr. Wakefield. Seconded
by Mr. Arndt. Unanimous vote.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
A. Executive Session - Personnel
Mr. Peotter moved to go into Executive Session to discuss Personnel.
Seconded by Mr. Hansen. Unanimous voice vote.
The Assembly returned from Executive Session at 12:35 PM.
Mr. Peotter read a letter of termination into record that was
addressed to Mr. Murray Snyder, Manager; it was signed by the
Assembly Members that were present and the Mayor.
(Mr. Herrnsteen & Mr. Wakefield were absent; therefore, their
signatures did not appear on the letter.)
The Chair would entertain a motion to have this letter sent.
Mr. Peotter so moved. Seconded by Mr. Hansen. Motion carried 5-0.
Mayor Ogg directed the Clerk to send the original letter by certified
mail with return receipt requested to Mr. Snyder.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ogg adjourned the Meeting at 12:40 PM.
