I CALL TO ORDER
The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Ogg at 12:00 Noon
in the Borough Assembly Chambers.

Mr. Andersor Mr. Herrnsteen excused

Mr. Hansen
Mr. Murray
Mr. Peotter
Mr. Wakefield
Mayor Ogg
A quorum was established.
Mr. Peotter moved to excuse Mr. Herrnsteen. Seconded by Mr.
Hansen. Unanimous voice vote.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
A. Executive Session - Personnel
Mr. Peotter moved to go into Executive Session for discussion
of Personnel. Seconded by Mr. Hansen. Unanimous voice vote.
Mr. Peotter reported out of Executive Session that there was
no action taken or recommended.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ogg adjourned the Meeting at 12:55 PM.
