I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dan Ogg at 12:00 noon
in the Borough Assembly Chambers.

A quorum was established.
III ITEM OF BUSINESS

Mr. Jack (excused)
Mr. Wakefield (excused)
A. Resolution No. 80-34-R, Amending Ordinance No. 80-17-0,
Providing for Issuance of $12,100,000.00 General Obligation
School Construction Bonds.
Mr. Hansen moved to adopt Resolution No. 80-34-R. Seconded by
Mr. Peotter.
Mr. Timothy G. Middleton, representing Wohlforth & Flint
(Bond Counsel) was present to answer any questions the Assembly
had.
Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Ogg adjourned the meeting at 12:05 P.M..
