I CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Acting Deputy Mayor, Dan Ogg
at 6:30 PM in the Borough Assembly Chambers.
II ROLL CALL

Mr. Ogg
Mr. Peotter
A quorum was established.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
1. Appointment of Mayor
Mr. Anderson moved to appoint Mr. Ogg as Mayor, effective 8:00 AM,
June 18, 1980. Seconded by Mr. Peotter. Motion carried by unani-
mous Roll Call vote.
2. Appointment of Assembly member to replace Mr. Ogg.
Mr. Peotter moved to appoint Mr. Jerome Selby to the Borough
Assembly. Seconded by Mr. Jack. Motion carried by unanimous Roll
Call vote.
3. PUBLIC HEARING, Ord. No. 80-27-0, Amending Class Title and Pay
Range Table and Sections 411.3, Overtime worked by Department Heads,
and 609, Temporary appointments of KIB Personnel Rules and Regula-
tions.
Mr. Peotter moved to adopt Ord. No. 80-27-0 at second reading.
Seconded by Mr. Anderson.
Regular session closed.
Public hearing opened.
Lorna Arndt, Chairman of the Personnel Board spoke in favor of the
Ordinance and recommended it be passed.
Harry Milligan, spoke in favor of the Ordinance.
No-one spoke against the Ordinance.
Public hearing closed.
Regular session opened.
Discussion followed.
Mr. Peotter moved to amend by setting the effective date of the
Ordinance July 1, 1980. Seconded by Mr. Jack. Amendment passed
by unanimous Roll Call vote. Question called on the main motion.
Main Motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Ogg adjourned the meeting at 6:55 PM.
