I CALL TO ORDER
The Meeting reconvened at 12:05 P.M. with Mayor Betty Wallin presiding.
II ROLL CALL

Mr. Phil Anderson
Mr. Pat Cannon
Mr. Dave Herrnsteen
Mr. Dan Ogg
Mr. James Peotter
Mrs. Betty J. Wallin
A quorum was established.
III ITEM OF BUSINESS
Absent
Mr. Edward Jack - unexcused (out of town)
1. Personnel - Manager Applications
Mr. Ogg moved to recess into a work session for half an hour.
Seconded by Mr. Peotter. Unanimous voice vote.
Mayor Wallin called the meeting back to order.
Mr. Peotter moved that the Borough Assembly invite for interviews Mr. Wise,
Mr. Snyder and Mr. Ryan and that the Borough manager find within the budget
$1,500 to cover their travel and per diem for interviews and that he also
set up an interview schedule. Seconded by Mr. Cannon. Unanimous voice vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Wallin adjourned the meeting at 1:25 P.M..
