I CALL TO ORDER
The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Betty J. Wallin at
9:00 P.M. in the Borough Assembly Chambers.
II ROLL CALL
Present Absent
Mr. Phil Anderson
Mr. Pat Cannon
Mr. Dave Herrnsteen
Mr. Edward Jack - unexcused (out of town)
Mr. Dan Ogg
Mr. James Peotter
Mrs. Betty J. Wallin
There were 2-YES and 3-NO votes cast; therefore, Mr. Jack was not excused.
Mr. Anderson, Mr. Cannon and Mr. Ogg cast the NO votes.
A quorum was established.
III ITEM OF BUSINESS
1. Personnel - Manager Applications
Mr. Peotter moved that the Assembly solicit background information
on Mr. Snyder, Mr. Wise, Mr. Ryan, Mr. Pefferman, Mr. Harmony and
Mr. Isadore and report back at a continuation of this meeting at
12:00 noon on Saturday, April 26, as to their background so that a
- decision can be made as to the number of individuals we wish to
have come to Kodiak and be interviewed and so that appropriations
to cover those expenses can be voted upon. Seconded by Mr. Ogg.
Unanimous voice vote.
Mayor Wallin recessed the meeting at 9:04 P.M. until 12:00 noon on
Saturday, April 26, 1980.
