I CALL TO ORDER
The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Betty J. Wallin at
6:40 P.M. in the Borough Conference Room.

A quorum was established.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
Absent
Mr. Herrnsteen - out of town (excused)
Mr. Ogg - out of town (excused)
A. Chiniak Community School Facility, The Haeg Association
School Design Proposal.
Mr. Wayne Coleman, Chairman of the KIB Architectural Review
Board, appeared before the Assembly. He stated that the
Board reviewed the proposals that were before them and that
which was proposed by Haig Associates looked like a reasonably
good approach to providing the service.
Mr. Peotter moved that the Administration be given the authority
to negotiate with Haig Associates for complete design drawings
and construction documents for the proposed Chiniak Community
School Facility as per their proposal. Seconded by Mr. Hansen.
Unanimous roll call vote.
B. Executive Session - Personnel
No action taken, just discussion of personnel matters.
