The meeting was called to order by Mayor Betty J. Wallin at 7:00 P.M..

III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
1. Ordinance No. 80-3-0, amending the Comprehensive Land Use Plan
and Reclassifying the Lands on Near Island, Gull Island and
Uski Island.
Mr. Hansen moved for adoption of Ordinance No. 80-3-0 in its
first reading. Seconded by Mr. Herrnsteen. Motion carried b
unanimous roll call vote.
2. Ordinance No. 80-4-0, rezoning the Lands on Near Island, Gull
Island and Uski Island. Mr. Ogg moved for adoption of
Ordinance No. 80-4-0 in its first reading. Seconded by Mr.
Herrnsteen. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
3. Resolution No. 80-7-R, requesting the Honorable Jay S. Hammond,
Governor of the State of Alaska, Declare a Disaster Exists in
the Kodiak Island Borough Emanating from Storm Damages Sustained
on January 20, 1980. Mr. Hansen moved for adoption of
Resolution No. 80-7-R. Seconded by Mr. Ogg. Motion carried by
unanimous roll call vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned by Mayor Wallin at 7:10 P.M.
