Wallin at 9:25 A.M. in the Borough Assembly Chambers. II ROLL CALL Present Absent Mr. Arnold T. Hansen Dr. Michael Emmick (excused -vacation) Mr. Edward Jack Mr. William Fearn (excused -moved out Mrs. Sandra Kavanaugh of state) Mr. Dan Ogg Mr. James Peotter (excused -attending school) Meeting recessed at 9:26 A.M. for lack of a quorum. Wallin in the Borough Assembly Chambers. II ROLL CALL Present Ahsant Mr. Arnold Hansen Dr. Michael Emmick - excused -vacation Mr. Edward Jack Mr. William Fearn - moved from state Mrs. Sandra Kavanaugh Mr. James Peotter - excused -attending Mr. Dan Ogg school A quorum was established. III ITEMS OF BUSINESS 1. Resol. #79-32-R Voicing Non -Objection to Seafood Processing Plant at Old Harbor. Mr. Hansen moved for adoption of Resol. #79-32-R voicing non -objection to seafood processing plant at Old Harbor. Seconded by Mr. Ogg. Mayor read the resolution. It was read into the record that a portion of the property involved is property awned by the Russian Orthodox Church and it is understood that they do not voice any objection. An ordinance is presently before the assembly requesting the rezoning of all of Old Harbor. This property would become industrial; P 9 Z commission has no objection to this. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote. 2. Executive Session: (a) Grothe-Doubt Public Use Easement, (b) Kodiak Livestock Cooperative, and (c) Department of Labor Suit. Item (a) has been resolved. Mr. Ogg moved to table the executive session. Seconded by Mr. Hansen. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote. 3. St. Paul Harbor Improvements. This matter is being taken care of pledging the Borough's support of the development of the port and harbor facilities in St. Paul Harbor. No action necessary.
