I CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. in the Borough
Assembly Chambers.

Mr. Wakefield (excused)
Mr. White (excused)
A quorum was established.
Mrs. Cater moved to excuse Mr. White and Mr. Wakefield from the
meeting. Seconded by Mr. Rounsaville. Motion carried by unanimous
voice vote.
III ITEMS OF BUSINESS
1. Res. No. 85-84-R Awarding The School Speed Limit Signs With
Flashing Beacons Contract.
Mr. Naughton moved to adopt Resolution No. 85-84-R which awards
the contract to Brechan Enterprise, Inc. in an amount not to exceed
$130,710.00. Seconded by Mrs. Cater. Motion carried by unanimous
roll call vote.
2. Res. No. 85-86-R To Effect Certain Budget Changes In The
Capital Projects Funds.
Mr. Naughton moved to adopt Resolution No. 85-86-R. Secconded by
Mr. Blankenburg. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
IV ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Rounsaville moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Mr.
Naughton.
Mayor Peterson adjourned the meeting at 6:43 pm.
