Hi Josie,
I received this application for a zoning compliance permit modify the tower and lease site for the communication tower
on Pillar Mountain at Comsite #3. 1 was waiting on the chain of title, since we had not received anything showing that
Vertical Bridge now held the lease. I have received the chain of title paperwork and now just need an okay from the
City, since you guys are the property owner, that you allow Vertical Bridge to make these changes to the tower and lease
site.
An email granting them permission to sign the zoning permit is fine, or I can bring the permit down for a
signature. Whichever you think is best.
