Friend Contractors, LLC estimates the labor, equipment and materials to complete the scope of work outlined below. All work
will be conducted in a manner that meets all pertinent and current Kodiak Island Borough building codes.
Friend Contractors will provide the following:
Scope of Work/Proposal
• Provide and Install 2200 sqft ceiling tile, wall angle, hangers, etc.
• Infill exterior window, temporarily, but securely fasten, trim edges.
• Infill office door to hanger. Salvage door for use on 2nd floor.
• Build two wood framed and sheetrocked divider walls in upstairs offices.
• Patch, tape/texture new walls and various repairs as discussed during site visit including:
Patch hanger entry ceiling, patch double door infill at 2nd floor, patch around new door
installs, infill door location.
• Frame walls and install doors salvaged from 1st floor office in 2nd floor divided rooms.
• Paint "medical room"
• Replace office door with steel security door. Prime and paint door. Salvage door for use on
2nd floor. (Customer responsible for this portion of work to be determined.)

this agreement is delayed, through no fault of the contractor, as a result of shortage or unavailability, the contractor shall not be liable for
any additional costs or damages associated with such delay(S S.
Estimate good for 30 days from delivery. 50% deposit is required to
order materials and will invoice the balance upon completion of the job. Work will be scheduled upon receipt of down payment.
