As outlined herein, we will provide labor and materials for reinforcing and rebuilding a structurally significant load-bearing wall at the rear of the facility located at 621 Shelikof Street, Kodiak. The Objective To improve the safety and structural integrity of the existing building. The Solution • Remove wall coverings inside and out to expose structural components. • Reinforce or rebuild exterior wall as necessary. • Reinforce footers and union to dock. • Update electrical and plumbing fixtures as needed. Move equipment from storage above the area where work will be conducted. Clear any machinery from at least 12 feet surrounding the work area. Provide an area for storage of materials and equipment. Approximately 12'x24'. PRICING We pledge to provide the highest quality workmanship to maximize the lifespan of the materials we use. This estimate includes every eventuality we can forecast; however, it is possible that problems found in one area of the building may effectually transfer to other areas, increasing the cost of time and materials.
