• All carpentry labor/consultation will be billed at $70 per
man-hour.
• Laborer rate will be billed at $55 per man-hour.
• All heavy equipment will be billed at $70 per man-hour.
All purchased materials will be billed at retail cost.
• Inventory Materials will be billed at retail cost.
• Billing cycle will be weekly. Payment is due within 7 business
days of date on bill. Failure to make payment will result in a
daily 10% interest
