Per the original zoning compliance permit for this parcel (BZ2019-019A), the front yard has been permitted as that yard which
separates the structure from the southernmost lot line. That yard which separates the structure from the property line abutting Tract
A, Block 4, Woodland Estates has been permitted as the rear lot line. The yards separating the structure from the westernmost and
easternmost lot lines are permitted as side yards. See attached site plan.
