CITIZENS' COMMENTS (These are limited to three minutes per speaker.) ASK SPEAKERS TO SIGN IN AND STATE THEIR NAME FOR THE RECORD. CONSIDERATION OF MATTERS IN THE CALL FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING A. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Negotiation of Terms of the Employment Contract of the Borough Manager. Recommended motion: Move to recess into executive session to negotiate terms of the employment contract with the Manager, the executive session is appropriate under KIBC 2.30.030(F)(1)(c) and (g) as matters discussed are pertaining to personnel and discussion in open session may tend to prejudice the reputation or character of the manager. The manager is invited to participate in the executive session, and may elect to require the discussion take place in public." ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION. v After discussion, the chair will reconvene the open session and state "We met in executive session and discussed the terms of the employment contract with the Manager. I will entertain a motion to forward the proposed employment contract to the Assembly with a recommendation for approval." ADJOURNMENT Recommended motion: Move to adjourn the meeting.
