The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Right of Way Section has reviewed your
request for a letter of non -objection for the Oxygen Storage building and raceways, currently
located partially within the Monashka Bay Road right of way.
After careful review of this request, the Department has no -objection to the location of these
improvements. We are aware that the cost of moving these improvements at this time would
create an unbearable hardship on you, the current lessee.
Please be aware that the Department reserves the right to rescind this non -objection in the
event right of way is needed for future transportation purposes. This letter of non -objection is
not transferrable if the property changes ownership.

Good afternoon,
i went out to double check this and they are on the toe of a large fill from the road. I do not see any issues with this as
they have been there for years. I think the only issue would be on any future road project that would change where the
road is, which 1 do not see it happening.
