In Attendance: Andy Dano - Chair; Randy Spivey - Vice Chair; Tom Lance

New Business
MBRSA Service contract has been expired for some time; we're working with a
`gentlemens' agreement' basis with Brechan Enterprises to continue service at the level they
have provided in the past. A Dano working with R Tucker at KIB to get a new contract out for
bid.
We are in need of a new Three Sisters street sign
We need to order more Calcium Chloride
Old Business
R Spivey has a few road signs to put up. He will pass them to A Dano for installation.

T Lance mentioned that Summer Blain has resigned from her position on the board; motion
made to declare her seat open, R Spivey seconded, motion passed.
